Why we build cost tools
We tested an automated trading strategy across 9 assets and 3 timeframes. Once real costs of about 0.81% per round trip were included, its results did not hold up. We shelved it, and built the tools that show those costs instead.

Questions people ask first
Is it really free?
Yes. Cost Check and Yearly Cost are free with no account. Basic Ficus Check and Ficus Shield for small groups will be free too. Advanced tools will be a paid subscription.
Do you need my API key or wallet?
No. Ficus never asks for API keys, passwords or seed phrases. Ficus Guard reads a public wallet address only, without connecting your wallet.
Where is my trade history file processed?
On your own device, inside the Mini App. The file's contents are never uploaded, and the code is open source so this can be checked.
Which exchanges are covered?
Fee tables start with exchanges licensed by OJK in Indonesia, each verified from the official page and dated. History import works with Tokocrypto and Indodax. Global mode lets you enter any fee by hand.
How does Ficus make money?
From subscriptions to advanced tools, paid with Telegram Stars and later QRIS. Not from exchanges, affiliate links or token sales.
Can I buy FICS?
No. FICS points are earned by contributing and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.
Is this financial or tax advice?
No. Ficus shows numbers so you can decide for yourself. Tax figures follow current Indonesian rules; check the rules in your country and talk to a tax adviser for your own situation.
